Project Description: The project consisted of the reconstruction of a two-lane urban bridge over Little Cool Creek and roundabout intersection of Rangeline Road and Smokey Row Road. A cemetery, located within close proximity of the project, created special concerns for limited right-of-way access for the construction of the project as well as major existing utilities including a power substation which required constant communication and supervision. Additionally, as the first component of future Rangeline Road updates, this “FastTrack” project was completed in 12 months.
